Parent to Parent

Offering a 'Whole Family Approach' to Parents and Young people who have or are suspected of having a medical additional support need. We have a team of Family Support and Advocacy Workers in each area of Tayside, who will support Parents and families at home and within their local communities by providing emotional and nurture support around any worries and concerns they may have.  Also supporting to identify solutions and advocacy to minimise or mitigate these worries, boosting confidence and resilience. Our workers will assist with helping families understand and manage anxiety and behaviours, to enable and empower families to feel better able to cope and to look to their future with a positive outlook.
