Cruse Scotland provides support to bereaved adults and children, working with people of all ages, regardless of when the death occurred. The services are designed to ensure that those needing support receive the right help at the right time, building resilience and improving wellbeing.

Walk & Talk are free walking groups for bereaved adults living in Dundee and Fife. Grief Encounter support children and young people following the death of a loved one.  Their website contains resources that may be useful in navigating grief.

They offer free support and counselling to families who have experienced the loss of a baby in pregnancy (14 weeks gestation onward), stillbirth, termination for fetal abnormality or neonatal death. The service is available to anyone affected by the loss including mothers, partners, grandparents and siblings.The service can be accessed at any stage, whether this is right after the loss or years down the line. Individuals can get in touch and discuss what might be right for them and their family.

Sands is the leading stillbirth and neonatal death charity in the UK. Sands exists to reduce the number of babies dying and to ensure that anyone affected by the death of a baby receives the best possible care and support for as long as they need it. Sands provides bereavement support services both nationally through its freephone helpline, mobile app, online community and resources, and locally through a UK-wide network of around 100 regional support groups. Sands works in partnership with health care professionals, trusts and health boards and offers a range of training programmes and bereavement care resources to ensure that every bereaved parent and family receives the best possible care wherever they are in the UK.
