Dundee Connections

Connections provides information and support for adults who identify as autistic, at any point of your journey.

Connections’ Community Advisors provide advice and support to autistic people with or without a diagnosis, either in person or virtually. The service also provides peer support groups, and can direct you to community social activities and other support services in your local area.

Dundee & Angus ADHD Support Group

Dundee and Angus ADHD Support Group's aim is to provide services to support and empower children, young people and parents/carers suffering from or affected by, the medical condition known as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and through this raise tolerance, awareness, and acceptance of the condition.  Monthly adult peer support groups are now running, check social media pages each month for details.

Embrace Autism

Embrace Autism is a programme of support designed for autistic adults who are looking to explore their autistic identity and learn how to navigate life following a recent diagnosis (formal or self-diagnosis).

Swan Scotland

Swan is a place for autistic women, girls and non-binary people to understand themselves better, connect withothers, and learn from and support one another, without the stress of masking to fit in. Swan runs a group in Dundee once a month and has regular online groups and events.
