The Health Inclusion Nursing Team consists of Registered General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, Associate Practitioners and administration staff working in communities across Dundee City, covering all localities.

  • Individuals and groups who are hard to reach or find it difficult to engage
  • People living in areas of deprivation and/or poverty
