• Our team provides innovation project specialist services and innovation-led consulting to NHS Tayside staff, as well as partners across academia, industry and the wider public sector.
We support the identification, development and implementation of innovative solutions, helping to translate ideas into practical improvements that enhance patient outcomes, staff experience and service delivery.
