Engagement and feedback

Over the next 3 months we will be engaging with stakeholders across Tayside to set out and communicate further our vision and establish the clear next steps of realising the model locally through full engagement, co-production and consultation. Whist much work has already been done across Tayside, this all presents a hugely exciting opportunity to ensure the best standards of contemporary care are continuously developed and delivered to meet the needs of the population of Tayside.

Your experiences really matter to us, and we truly value what you've been through and what you have to share.  Your voice will help us learn and improve the care we provide.

We've been working on developing a new Adult Model of Care which is our vision for how services should be delivered across Tayside.  Now, we are focusing on what that looks like in practice, and your feedback will play a key role in making sure it works for the people who use our services.

While we welcome your feedback and stories, please note that we are not able to handle formal complaints here.  If you wish to make a complaint or raise a concern please see our 'Comments, Concerns and Complaints' page for details of how to do this and where you can get support should you need it.

We understand that reflecting on your experiences can sometimes feel emotional or have an impact on you.  If you feel you need support, please reach out to your usual care provider, or visit our crisis pages for details on where you can access immediate help and support.

If you have any comments, questions or thoughts about the Adult Mental Health Model of Care please email TAY.mhwteam@nhs.scot
