If no, then Scotland's Mental Health First Aid: Young People might be of interest. This 14-hour blended learning course for adults aims to show how mental health first aid can be applied in a crisis and non-crisis situation. The training covers a range of common mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety as well as less common problems, such as eating disorders, suicide, self-harm or substance misuse.

Part 1: self-study module - 3 hours
