How do I organise an appointment?
If you have a ‘musculoskeletal’ problem (such as a sore back or sports injury), in the first instance contact your GP to organise an assessment with the First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) Service or a GP.
If you are in Dundee, and you have seen either your GP or FCP clinician about the problem but wish further help, please use the self referral form below. You can either download this or complete it electronically.
