What happens if I cannot make my appointment?
Please always contact the Department if you are not able to make an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient. It helps if you give us as much advance warning as possible.
We appreciate that forgetting an appointment is possible. If this happens, we will do our best to offer you a new appointment, but we ask that you call us to reschedule within 2 weeks of the missed appointment. If you have missed an appointment without alerting the Department, we will need to assume that you no longer need physiotherapy and discharge you from the service.
