Passive movement routine for the arm
When there is little to no movement in the stroke affected arm, there is a risk over time that the muscles of the arm will shorten, tighten and create pain and discomfort if not correctly managed. This tightness can even make basic living tasks difficult, such as dressing or cleaning the arm effectively.
