Where we are based and how to refer

We provide community services throughout Tayside and have rehabilitation gym's based in Dundee, Perth and Angus. This enables us to work with people with a range of levels of ability, from the highly functioning to the severely impaired in our gyms, or in the comfort of your own home if that environment is more suitable.
To be seen by our service, you must have a diagnosed neurological condition, and the issues you are having should relate to this condition. If you feel your symptoms are related to your joints or muscles, rather than your Neurological condition, please see the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy section.

The Angus service is split up into 3 areas. Angus has a dedicated stroke specific service, and separate teams covering Neurology outpatients, and community services.
