If you have been diagnosed with an Inflammatory Arthritis (e.g. Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Axial Spondyloarthropathy, Ankylosing Spondylitis) or Autoimmune Connective Tissue Disorders (e.g. Lupus, Sjogren's) and experience pain and swelling of your joints, weakness, fatigue, reduced function and mobility you may have been referred to the specialist Rheumatology Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Podiatrist. You will be assessed and provided with advice, education, exercises and various modalities as required to support you to self manage your condition.
