If you have been diagnosed with an Inflammatory Arthritis (such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Axial Spondyloarthropathy or Ankylosing Spondylitis) or an Autoimmune Connective Tissue Disorder (such as Lupus or Sjögren’s), you may experience symptoms such as joint pain and swelling, weakness, fatigue, or difficulties with your usual activities and mobility.

You may be referred to a specialist Rheumatology Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Podiatrist, depending on your individual needs. Following an assessment, you may be offered advice, education, exercises and other appropriate interventions to help you manage your condition, maintain your independence and support your ability to carry out your everyday activities.
