The The Food Train supports older people who are finding it difficult to do their regular grocery shopping.
The service can arrange for volunteers to complete your shopping and deliver it to your home. Your groceries can also be unpacked and put away if required.
This can be particularly helpful if you are finding it difficult to get to the shops because of reduced mobility, illness or other difficulties.
