- most importantly, if you want to speak to a Social Prescriber you can get in touch directly yourself. Just phone 0345 30 111 20 or email accessteam@pkc.gov.uk and they will link you with your local Social Prescriber
Social Prescribing in Perth & Kinross
In Perth & Kinross there are currently 6 Social Prescribers working across the area. To make this support as accessible as possible we have developed a flexible approach to referral so that you have three ways of getting in touch:
