- Post concussion syndrome is a constellation of symptoms that can occur after minor head injuries
- Patients can present with a number of symptoms including memory and mood changes, dizziness, fatigue and headache.

Who to Refer
- In general, patients do not need to be referred to Neurology with post-concussion syndrome
- The exception to this is patients with resultant chronic migraine unresponsive to trials of at least 3 prophylactic agents and where analgesia overuse has been addressed. (please see migraine RefGuide)
