Personal Profile
Tom brings extensive leadership and governance experience from across the private and public sectors. An engineer by background, Tom has worked for large engineering, manufacturing and distribution companies. He also spent many years with Aviva holding senior executive roles spanning commercial strategy, international operations, large-scale procurement, property and organisational performance. He has served on several boards, including as Chair of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals Trust and the East of England Ambulance Trust. Tom is currently the Senior Independent Director on the Board of the University of East Anglia. He has a BSc in Civil Engineering from Dundee University and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
