Personal Profile
Kris Bryce is an executive and non-executive leader with experience in
organisational strategy, governance and transformation. He serves as a Non-
Executive Director at Leisure & Culture Dundee, where he chairs the Audit, Risk &
Compliance Committee. He is also Vice President of UK Theatre and chairs its
Finance & Strategy Committee.

He previously served for nearly a decade as Chief Executive of Pitlochry Festival
Theatre, leading a programme of organisational change, securing significant public
and private investment and delivering major capital projects.

Alongside his board roles, he provides advisory support to boards and senior teams
on strategy, leadership and organisational culture. He has worked extensively with
public bodies, local authorities and national partners on organisational
sustainability, governance and stakeholder engagement in complex partnership
settings.

He has lived in the Tayside region for over 20 years.
