Primary Care Practitioners Discipline Committee
The Committees purpose is to hear and consider the evidence presented in relation to a disciplinary matter raised against a Primary Care Practitioner.
To produce and submit a report to the referring NHS Board. (The provisions relating to investigation of alleged breaches of the terms of service for practitioners and the rules of procedure for Discipline Committees are contained in the National Health Service (Discipline Committees) (Scotland) Regulations 2006).
