The Patient Experience Team are unable to provide any clinical information or advice.  

If you wish to or have given us feedback, please be aware that these are handled and reviewed by operational managers and clinical staff who are currently working around the clock managing the current situation.  Whilst we aim to respond to all feedback within the timescales outlined within the NHS Complaints Procedure, there may be a delay given the current pressures within the service.
