Dementia Support
Staff from the Post Diagnostic Support Service are running a drop in session on the last Wednesday of every month at the Forthill Community Sports Club from 12:30 - 2:30pm. They will be on hand to provide advice and support for people living with dementia and their carers.

Dramatherapy is a form of psychotherapy that utilises drama and theatre processes to achieve therapeutic goals. Health Inclusion Nursing Team
This team offers community based holistic health and wellbeing checks and health consultations to those at higher risk of health inequalities e.g: those affected by substance use, homelessness, mental health and wellbeing issues, carers, offenders and prison leavers. The nurses offer person centred information, advice and support, as well as referral and/or signposting to other services and supports. They can also deliver stress management courses to support self-management of mental wellbeing. For those who need support to engage independently with other services or positive community-based activities, this can be offered by a Keep Well Associate Practitioner.

Sources of Support
Sources of Support is a social prescribing service that operates in all GP Practices in Dundee. The service is for people age 16 and above whose physical health and/or mental health and wellbeing is being impacted by social and/or economic issues and have limited support to help access services. The Primary Care Link Worker will listen to you and work with you to identify your priority issues and what sources of support will suit you best. The service can support you for up to 20 weeks and will talk to and refer you to other services and advocate on your behalf.
