Mental Health Awareness (2 hours)
Designed to increase understanding of mental health, this session explores how to maintain positive mental wellbeing and recognise early signs of deteriorating mood.
Stress Awareness and Management for Managers (3.5 hours)
Provides managers with the knowledge and skills to identify, address and manage workplace stress, supporting a healthier, more positive and effective workforce.
Positive Risk Taking in Mental Health (3.5 hours)
Focuses on balancing safety with empowerment to improve quality of life. The session promotes confidence, trust, self-efficacy, informed choice, dignity, respect and independent living.
Promoting Resilience (2.5 hours)
Supports employees to build personal resilience, enabling them to better cope with pressure, adversity and organisational change.
Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid (2 days)
Equips participants to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and psychosis, and to respond appropriately in a crisis by guiding individuals towards professional and other sources of support.
Stigma and Discrimination in Mental Health – Train the Trainer (8 hours over 2 days)
Raises awareness of stigma and discrimination, explores their impact on mental health, and develops training capacity to challenge stigma effectively.
