•  NHS Tayside's Confidential Contacts
•  Union representatives
•  Professional bodies
•  University representatives (for students)

•  The INWO (phone 0800 008 6112 or email INWO@spso.gov.scot)
NHS Tayside recognises that the application of this policy may impact on staff wellbeing and as such there is a range of support and information available which is contained within its Staff Wellbeing Resources pages. Further information is also available on NHS Tayside's Staff Wellbeing at Work pages on Staffnet and staff and Managers are encouraged to use these resources as required.

Where a member of staff has been named in a whistleblowing concern or is required to participate in a whistleblowing investigation process, they can be appointed a Designated Contact Person (DCP) who will be their point of contact. Guidance for Designated Contact for Whistleblowing Investigations has been created along with a checklist which provides a framework to support conversations between the DCP and the member of staff.
