We accept referrals from healthcare professionals and care services. All referrals must have consent from the individual being referred and/or welfare guardian.

Making a referral
Our service is for adults aged over 18 years (or who are aged over 16 years and have left secondary school education) with a diagnosed Learning Disability and live in Tayside.
