How can I access Patient Hub?

NHS Tayside will create a Patient Hub account for you as soon as you are a patient of one of our services and you have been waiting a specified number of weeks for an appointment or when an appointment is booked - whichever is sooner.

When an account has been created for you, you will receive a text from NHS Tayside and / or an email from tay.nhstaysidepatienthub@nhs.scot. Please then follow the steps below:

You must then follow these steps:
1. You will be taken to the login page.
2. You’ll be asked to enter either your mobile number or email address, together with your date of birth. Please enter your date of birth in the following format: DD/MM/YYYY

3. You will then be sent a 6-digit authentication code by SMS, or by email if we do not have your mobile number.
4. Enter the 6-digit code. Please be aware the authentication code will expire in 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
5. If the time limit has expired or the code is entered incorrectly, a new code is required
