From the main entrance, walk straight ahead towards the take-away cafe and turn right into the West Ward Block/Tayside Children's Hospital corridor. The Phlebotomy Suite is on the right side of the corridor (see diagram below).

We operate a ticketed numbering system. Please select a ticket and take a seat in the waiting area. You will then need to wait for your number to be called. A Phlebotomist will see you as soon as they can. There may be a short delay during peak times but we aim to see you as quickly as we can. You should expect to be in the department for around 15 minutes.
