Mr Andrew Richmond was formerly a number one rated stockbroking healthcare analyst in the City of London, and most recently was a director of Covenant Healthcare, a private healthcare provider, which was sold in 2005. Mr Richmond is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh, is married with two children and lives in Angus. Mr Richmond is Deputy Chair of the Scottish Ambulance Service Board. Mr Richmond is a lay member of the Court of the University of Dundee. Mr Richmond's appointment is for four years from 1 October 2009 until 30 September 2013.
